Standard bridal sizing is built around an average almost nobody actually is. A gown that fits your bust is loose at the waist; one that fits the waist pulls across the hips. Made-to-measure removes that compromise — the pattern is drafted from your own bust, waist, hip, height and hollow-to-hem measurements, so the seams land where your body actually is.

How it works in practice: choose Custom Made on any product page that offers it. After checkout you receive an illustrated measurement guide covering five figures, taken with a soft tape and ideally by someone else rather than by yourself. Shany reads every set personally before cutting, and emails you if one number looks off against the others — which happens more often than you would expect, and is exactly what the review is for. Only then is the lace cut.

Made-to-measure gives a far more precise starting fit than off-the-rack, but it is not a fitting room. A minor local alteration — a hem, a strap — may still be worth doing once the dress arrives, and we would rather say so upfront than have it come as a surprise.

Production runs about 5 to 6 weeks from the day measurements are confirmed, then 3 to 7 business days by DHL or UPS Express. Duties and taxes are prepaid where shown at checkout.

How long does it take to receive my dress? +

Production usually takes 5 to 6 weeks. DHL or UPS Express delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days. Order earlier if your wedding date is close or you expect local alterations.

Can I order a custom-made wedding dress? +

Yes. Choose Custom Made on the product page. After you order, we send a measurement guide within 24 hours. Shany reviews your measurements before the lace is cut and contacts you if anything needs clarification.

Can I customize the design? +

Some designs can be adjusted. Options depend on the gown and may include changes to the sleeves, neckline, back coverage, lining, or slit. Contact us before ordering so Shany can confirm what is possible and whether it affects the price.

Do you ship worldwide? +

Yes. We use DHL or UPS Express. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after production. Duties and taxes are prepaid when shown at checkout; local charges may apply elsewhere.

Can I return my dress? +

Standard-size gowns may be returned within 7 days under our return policy. Custom Made gowns are final sale because they are cut to your measurements.

When should I order my wedding dress? +

Allow at least 8 weeks. Production takes 5 to 6 weeks, shipping takes 3 to 7 business days, and you may want extra time for local alterations. Order earlier when possible.
