Shany Sasson makes these gowns in her atelier in Israel, in standard sizes or as Custom Made. Allow 5-6 weeks for production and usually 3-7 business days for express delivery, plus time before travel to try on the dress and arrange any local alterations. What should I know before ordering a wedding dress?

How long does it take to receive my dress? +
Production usually takes 5 to 6 weeks. DHL or UPS Express delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days. Order earlier if your wedding date is close or you expect local alterations.
Can I order a custom-made wedding dress? +
Yes. Choose Custom Made on the product page. After you order, we send a measurement guide within 24 hours. Shany reviews your measurements before the lace is cut and contacts you if anything needs clarification.
Can I customize the design? +
Some designs can be adjusted. Options depend on the gown and may include changes to the sleeves, neckline, back coverage, lining, or slit. Contact us before ordering so Shany can confirm what is possible and whether it affects the price.
Do you ship worldwide? +
Yes. We use DHL or UPS Express. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after production. Duties and taxes are prepaid when shown at checkout; local charges may apply elsewhere.
Can I return my dress? +
Standard-size gowns may be returned within 7 days under our return policy. Custom Made gowns are final sale because they are cut to your measurements.
When should I order my wedding dress? +
Allow at least 8 weeks. Production takes 5 to 6 weeks, shipping takes 3 to 7 business days, and you may want extra time for local alterations. Order earlier when possible.
