Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every bride to feel confident ordering with us. Here is exactly how returns work.

Standard Sizes (XS–XL): 7-Day Return Window If you ordered one of our standard sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL) and the gown doesn't fit or you change your mind:

  • Email shanysasson@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Ship the gown back within 7 days of delivery — unworn, with all tags attached, in original packaging.
  • Refund processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer (we recommend tracked, insured shipping).

Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders: Final Sale Because every made-to-measure gown is cut and sewn to your exact body measurements — a process that involves weeks of skilled handwork — made-to-measure and custom-designed gowns are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This is standard practice across the bridal industry for custom work. Shany personally reviews every order's measurements before production begins, and we confirm every detail before cutting fabric.

Cancellation Policy

  • Within 3 days of purchase: full refund available.
  • 3–14 days after purchase: 50% refund (materials sourcing has begun).
  • After 14 days: no cancellation possible (production has begun).

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your gown arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right immediately — full refund, replacement, or repair at no cost to you.
