Shipping & Delivery

Every gown ships with DHL Express or UPS Express, tracked from our atelier in Israel to your door.

How we ship

  • DHL Express or UPS Express. Premium carriers only.
  • 3–7 business days to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and most other destinations.
  • A live tracking number reaches your email and phone the moment your gown leaves the studio.
  • Worldwide delivery from the atelier in Israel.

Production time

Nothing is made before it is ordered. Every dress is cut and sewn to your measurements, so plan around these:

  • Wedding gowns: 5–6 weeks, then shipping.
  • Bridal veils: 1–2 weeks, then shipping. A veil ordered alongside a gown ships together with it.
  • Custom design, sketch to dress: 5–6 weeks from final design approval, then shipping.

Order at least 10 weeks before the wedding to leave room for production, shipping and any final adjustment.

Customs, duties and taxes (DDP)

We ship Delivered Duty Paid. For supported destinations, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay and nothing is owed on delivery.

Where duties are not collected at checkout, local import fees are the customer's responsibility and may be charged by the carrier on delivery. If you want your destination confirmed before you order, email us and we will check it.

Shipping costs

  • United States (50 states + Washington, D.C.): free.
  • Europe and United Kingdom: $55.
  • Israel: $60.
  • Rest of world (including Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand and the UAE): $100.
  • Puerto Rico: $100.

Shipping to Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and APO/FPO military addresses cannot be selected at checkout. If you are in one of those, email shanysasson@gmail.com before ordering and we will arrange it.

Rush orders

If your wedding is less than 10 weeks away, write to us before ordering. We can sometimes expedite production for an additional fee, and we will tell you honestly if we cannot make your date. shanysasson@gmail.com
