How We Create Your Wedding Dress

From the moment you order to the morning of the wedding — every step, in order.

Step 1: You place your order

Find the gown. At checkout you choose either:

  • a standard size (XS–XL), or
  • Custom Made, cut to your own measurements — about $100 more

Want something changed? Sleeve length, train, neckline, back coverage — message us first or note it at checkout. It is easier to agree it now than to change it later.

Step 2: your measurement guide arrives

Within 24 hours you get a personal email with our step-by-step guide. You will need:

  • a soft measuring tape
  • someone to help — genuinely much easier than doing it alone
  • the shoes you will wear on the day

Stuck on one of them? WhatsApp calls are free and we do a lot of them.

Step 3: Shany reads your measurements

Within 24 hours of receiving them, she checks each number against the others. If something does not agree, we write to you before any fabric is cut.

This is the step that makes ordering remotely work. It catches more than you would expect.

Step 4: production begins

Your fabric is cut to your numbers in our atelier in Israel. Every detail is sewn by hand — lace, beading, hem, lining.

How long it takes:

  • Wedding gowns: 5–6 weeks
  • Wedding veils: 1–2 weeks
  • Custom design from a sketch: 5–6 weeks from final approval

Step 5: progress photos

At key points you receive photographs of your gown coming together — the bodice, the skirt, the finishing. You see it before it ships, not when it arrives.

Step 6: quality check

Before the gown leaves the studio, Shany inspects it herself. Every stitch, every seam.

Step 7: it ships

By DHL Express or UPS Express:

  • 3–7 business days to most destinations
  • tracked and insured, door to door, with duties and taxes prepaid where they are shown at checkout

And when it arrives

A made-to-measure gown starts far closer to your body than any sample, so there is usually very little to do. A hem or a strap may still want a small local adjustment — that is normal for any wedding dress, and we would rather say so here than have it come as a surprise.
