How We Create Your Wedding Dress

From the moment you order to the moment you say "I do" - here's exactly how it works.

Step 1: You Place Your Order

Browse our collection and find the gown you love. At checkout, you can:

Select a standard size (XS-XL), or
Choose "Custom Made" for a fully bespoke fit

If you want to discuss customizations (sleeve length, train, neckline, etc.) - message us first or note it at checkout.

Step 2: We Send Your Measurement Guide

Within 24 hours of your order, you'll receive a personal email with our step-by-step measurement guide. You'll need:

A soft measuring tape
A friend to help (much easier!)
The shoes you'll wear on your wedding day

Need help measuring? WhatsApp calls with us are free and frequent.

Step 3: Shany Personally Reviews Your Measurements

Within 24 hours of receiving your measurements, Shany checks them. If anything looks unusual, we'll reach out to double-check before cutting fabric.

Step 4: Production Begins

Your fabric is cut to your exact specifications in our Israeli atelier. Our team of skilled artisans hand-sews every detail - lace, beading, hem, lining.

Production timeline:

Standard wedding gowns: 6-8 weeks
Wedding veils: 1-2 weeks
Custom design (from sketch): 8-10 weeks

Step 5: Progress Photos

At key milestones during production, you'll receive progress photos showing your gown coming to life - the bodice, the skirt, the final details. No surprises.

Step 6: Quality Check

Before your gown leaves our studio, Shany personally inspects every stitch, every seam, every detail.

Step 7: Worldwide Express Shipping

Your finished gown ships via DHL Express or UPS Express:

3-7 business days to most destinations
Fully tracked and insured, door to door
Live tracking sent to your email + phone

Step 8: Your Dress Arrives - Ready to Wear

Open your gown box and try it on. Because it's been made to your exact measurements, no alterations should be needed. Just steam it, hang it, and wait for the big day.

What If Something's Wrong?

Within 3 days of delivery, contact us with photos. We'll make it right immediately - replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you. See full returns policy.
