We want every bride to feel confident ordering with us. Here's exactly how returns work.
Standard Sizes (XS–XL): 7-Day Return Window
If you ordered one of our standard sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL) and the gown doesn't fit or you change your mind:
- Email shanysasson@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return
- Ship the gown back within 7 days of delivery - unworn, with all tags attached, in original packaging
- Refund processed within 7 business days of receiving the return
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer (we recommend tracked/insured shipping)
Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders: Final Sale
Because every made-to-measure gown is cut and sewn to your exact body measurements - a process that involves weeks of skilled handwork, made-to-measure and custom-designed gowns are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
This is standard practice across the bridal industry for custom work. To protect you and ensure you love your dress:
- We provide a detailed measurement guide and personal support
- Shany personally reviews every order's measurements before production begins
- We discuss every detail before cutting fabric - no surprises
Cancellation Policy
- Within 3 days of purchase: Full refund available
- 3–14 days after purchase: 50% refund (we've already begun materials sourcing)
- After 14 days: No cancellation possible (production has begun)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your gown arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately - full refund, replacement, or repair at no cost to you.
