The route everyone knows
Salons and fittings
Appointments. You order 9 to 12 months ahead, then spend 2 to 4 months in alterations, two or three more visits, and $300 to $800 on top of the gown for the hem, the bodice, the bustle.
The dress was cut to a chart; the fitting room is where they make it yours.
This route
Made to measure, door to door
Five measurements you take at home, checked by Shany before anything is cut. Five to six weeks of sewing, three to seven days of express shipping. About seven weeks, door to door.
Most gowns run $800 to $1,200, and that is the whole number, because a dress cut to your body doesn't need to be altered into place.
What you get from us
French woven lace, never printed and never stretch, cut and sewn by hand in Shany Sasson's studio just outside Tel Aviv. Shany holds a B.Des. in fashion design and is a third-generation tailor; every gown passes through her hands. DHL or UPS Express, insured and tracked, with duties prepaid where shown at checkout.

What we won't promise
You can't try it on first. Made-to-measure gowns are final sale. And it takes five to six weeks to sew, because one person is sewing it. That is the trade. In return, Shany reads your measurements herself before cutting, comes back to you if two numbers don't agree, and answers every message before and after you order.
