Meet Shany Sasson

Hello, beautiful bride! I'm Shany Sasson - the designer behind every Lace & Love gown.

I'm a third-generation tailor. My grandmother, who grew up in Algeria under French rule, was an extraordinary seamstress with an eye for romantic, European elegance. After immigrating to Israel, she settled in 1950s Tel Aviv, where she raised my mother in a home filled with fashion, art, and music.

I grew up at her feet, learning to sew before I learned to read. Today, my designs blend the European elegance I inherited from her with the soft, breathable fabrics suited to the Mediterranean climate I call home.

The Studio

I founded Lace & Love in 2011, right after graduating from fashion school and shortly before my own wedding. This experience opened up a magical world of laces, fabrics, and endless design possibilities.

Over the past decade, I've designed for hundreds of brides from around the globe refining a uniquely soft, romantic, boho aesthetic that feels both timeless and modern.

Our atelier is small and intentional. Every gown is cut and sewn by hand in Israel - no factories, no rush production, no off-the-rack sizing. Every dress is built around a real bride, with care given to every stitch.
