Shipping & Delivery

Every gown ships worldwide with DHL Express or UPS Express, fully tracked from our atelier in Israel to your door.

How We Ship

• DHL Express or UPS Express premium carriers only.
• 3–7 business days to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and 30+ other countries.
• Live tracking number sent to your email and phone the moment your gown ships.
• Worldwide delivery from our atelier in Israel.

Production Time Our gowns are made to order  every dress is cut and sewn to your exact measurements. Please plan accordingly:

• Wedding gowns: 5-6 weeks production + shipping.
• Bridal veils: 1–2 weeks production + shipping.
• Custom design (sketch-to-dress): 5-6 weeks production + shipping.

We recommend ordering at least 10 weeks before your wedding date to allow time for production, shipping, and any final adjustments.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP) We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): for supported destinations, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprise customs charges when your gown arrives. For any destination where duties are not collected at checkout, local import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination:

• United States (50 states + Washington, D.C.): Free shipping.
• Europe & United Kingdom: $55.
• Rest of World including Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, India, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, and El Salvador: $100.
