About Made-to-Measure
Are your wedding dresses really made to my measurements?
We offer standard sizes and Custom Made sizing. For Custom Made orders, Shany reviews the measurements you provide before the fabric is cut and contacts you if anything looks inconsistent. Many brides receive a beautiful fit straight from the box, but a small local adjustment may occasionally be helpful.
What if my measurements aren't standard?
We can build a gown for any body type — plus sizes, petite, tall, every shape. Just send your measurements.
Production & Shipping
How long does it take?
Production takes 5-6 weeks for gowns and 1-2 weeks for veils, followed by 3-7 business days for DHL or UPS Express delivery. Order at least 10 weeks before your wedding so there is room for delivery and any final local adjustment.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, via DHL Express and UPS Express, fully tracked and insured. Most of our orders go to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and France, but we ship far beyond those.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories?
Yes. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands require an additional shipping fee of $150 USD. Please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange it.
Will I pay customs or duties?
We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). For supported destinations, including the US, import duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay. A small number of destinations still apply local charges of their own — ask us and we will confirm yours before you order. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Returns
Can I return my dress?
For eligible standard-size orders, contact us within 7 days of delivery and follow the conditions in our Refund Policy. Eligible EU standard-size orders retain the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Made-to-measure and personalized gowns are final sale once production begins. Full policy here.
What if my dress arrives damaged?
Contact us within 3 days with photos. We'll replace, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

Where are you based?
Our atelier is in Israel. Shany Sasson is a third-generation tailor who founded the studio in 2011.
