What made to measure means here

You choose an existing design, and we confirm the gown and any change you approve before production.
You send measurements, and we send instructions and review what comes back.
We make the dress in our studio, where we sew it and check it before it ships by express international delivery.

Step three, in the studio.
The lace is placed by hand and moved against the form until it sits right.

Important: Made-to-measure gowns are final sale once we start cutting. Standard sizes come back within 7 days, or 14 in the EU. If a gown ever arrives damaged, we repair, replace or refund it. That holds for every order, made to measure included.
