Choose Custom Made from the size options and we will sew your gown to your measurements. Before cutting, we review those measurements with you and confirm the design details.
What we measure
- Bust, waist and hips
- Height and heel height
- Hollow to hem
- Underarm to waist
- Upper arm and wrist when sleeves are included
We send measurement instructions after the order and review the information you provide. We may request photos in fitted clothing to better understand proportions.
Take each measurement carefully and follow our guide. Your gown will be made using the measurements you send.
Coverage and comfort options
Depending on the gown, possible changes may include a higher neckline, more bodice coverage, opaque nude or ivory lining, a higher back, sleeve adjustments or a shorter train.
Not every change works with every design. We will tell you what is technically possible and what may affect the look or structure of the gown.
Fit and returns
- Custom Made gowns are sewn to your individual measurements. Standard sizes are a separate option.
- Once cutting begins, Custom Made gowns are final sale. Standard sizes have a return window. If a gown arrives damaged or faulty, we will repair, replace or refund it under our returns policy. This also applies to Custom Made orders.
Small local adjustments can still be needed because bodies, posture, measurement technique and personal fit preferences vary.
