A fitted lace sleeve feels different from loose chiffon. The shape, fabric and arm measurements all affect how comfortably you can move.
Sleeve styles
Depending on the gown, sleeve options may include fitted lace sleeves, flared or bell sleeves, flutter sleeves, elbow-length sleeves, or bishop sleeves.
The sleeve must work with the original armhole, bodice structure and lace placement. A sleeve cannot always be added to every sleeveless design without changing the bodice.

- Underarm-to-waist measurement
- Photos in fitted clothing when needed
For fitted sleeves, accurate arm measurements are especially important. Very close-fitting lace may feel different from a loose chiffon or flutter sleeve.
