Green Wedding Shoes included one of our gowns in 25 Best Boho Wedding Dresses for 2025, at number 16, under the heading "The Best Boho Gown for a Romantic + Flattering Fit." The listing links through to our Etsy shop.

For a studio our size that matters. GWS is where a great many American brides start looking, and the editors see thousands of gowns a year.

What they actually wrote

Their line was that the dress is "skillfully tailored" but "gives the appearance of being effortless." They also picked out the off-the-shoulder flutter sleeve.

The first half of that sentence is the part we care about, because it describes the thing that is hardest to photograph and easiest to get wrong. A gown can look relaxed because it is loose. Or it can look relaxed because the fit is exact and nothing is pulling anywhere. Those two photograph completely differently, and only one of them holds up when you look at the pictures a year later.

How that gown was made

Woven French lace, not printed and not stretch. Cut and sewn by hand in our atelier in Israel.

And made to measure — drafted from the bride's own bust, waist, hip, height and hollow-to-hem rather than adapted from a size chart. That is what buys the "skillfully tailored" part. There is no sample to squeeze into and far less fitting work at the other end, although a hem or a strap may still want a local adjustment when it arrives. How made-to-measure works.

The gowns GWS was looking at are in the boho collection, and the lace itself is easiest to see up close in the vintage lace gowns.

Thank you

This one belongs to the brides who sent their photographs back. 5.0 on Etsy across 213 verified reviews, and 4.99 here across 191. That is the endorsement that actually counts.

Questions

Can I order the gown from the feature?

Yes. It sits in the boho collection, and it is cut to your measurements when you order.

How does ordering from abroad work?

You send five measurements taken at home with our guide. Shany reads them before cutting and will get on a video call if anything needs checking. Most of our orders come from the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

Can I change a featured design?

Neckline, sleeves, back coverage, lining colour, slit — all adjustable, and you can combine elements from two different gowns. Everything is confirmed with you before production starts.

How long does it take, and are there customs fees?

Five to six weeks to sew, then three to seven business days by express courier. Duties and taxes are prepaid where they are shown at checkout.
