What Made-to-Measure Actually Changes
Standard bridal sizing is drafted around an average almost nobody is. A gown that fits your bust pulls at the waist; one that fits the waist gapes at the hip. Made to measure removes the compromise — the pattern comes from your own numbers, so the seams land where your body is. It gets you far closer than any sample can. It does not mean the dress will never be touched: a hem or a strap may still want a small local adjustment, and we would rather say so here.

Share Your Measurements
Within 24 hours of your order we email you an illustrated measurement guide. Five numbers — bust, waist, hips, height, hollow-to-hem — plus your heel height. That is all we need to begin.
We Handcraft Your Gown
Shany reads your numbers herself and writes to you if one looks off against the others. Only then is the lace cut. Five to six weeks in the atelier in Israel, by hand. Hem length is cut to you at no extra charge.
Delivered to Your Door
DHL or UPS Express, 3–7 business days, insured and tracked. Duties and taxes are prepaid where they are shown at checkout, so the total you saw is the total you pay. A few destinations still apply local charges — see shipping and duties, or ask and we will confirm yours.

A Third-Generation Tailor
I'm Shany Sasson, the designer behind every Lace & Love gown. I am a third-generation tailor. My grandmother was an extraordinary seamstress who carried European elegance from Algeria to 1950s Tel Aviv.
I grew up at her feet and learned to sew before I learned to read. I founded Lace & Love in 2011, and in the fifteen years since I have designed for hundreds of brides around the world.
The atelier is small on purpose. No factory, no rush production, with Standard Size (XS–XL) and Made-to-Measure options. Every gown is made for one specific person.
