So geht es nach Ihrer Bestellung weiter
- Nach der Bestellbestätigung erhalten Sie innerhalb von 24 Stunden unsere Messanleitung per E-Mail.
- Wir fertigen Ihr Kleid in unserem Atelier in Israel in 5–6 Wochen. Bei einer Standardgröße richten wir uns nach unserer Größentabelle; bei einer Maßanfertigung nach Ihren bestätigten Maßen.
- Anschließend folgt der Expressversand mit DHL oder UPS, in der Regel 3–7 Werktage. Einfuhrabgaben sind nur vorausbezahlt, wenn sie im Checkout ausgewiesen und erhoben werden. Andernfalls können zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen.

CUSTOM MADE WEDDING DRESS
If you choose the custom-made option, we will contact you after your order with the measurements and additional details we need.
You will receive clear measuring instructions, and you are always welcome to message us if you need help taking your measurements.
PROCESSING TIME
Each wedding dress is made to order in our studio.
Production time is approximately 5-6 weeks.
If you need your dress sooner, please contact us before ordering to ask about our Rush Production option.
CUSTOM CHANGES
Many details of the dress can be customized.
Possible changes include:
- Lining color and coverage
- Neckline depth
- Train length
- Selected lace details, depending on availability

DELIVERY
Every order ships by express courier only, UPS or DHL Express, with full tracking.
Once your dress is shipped, you will receive your tracking details through Etsy.
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
Please make sure your telephone number and email address are correct for delivery.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
STANDARD SIZE DRESSES
Returns are accepted for eligible standard-size dresses.
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Ship the dress back within 7 days of delivery
- Cancellation requests must be made within 3 days of purchase
CUSTOM MADE / PERSONALIZED DRESSES
Custom-made or personalized dresses cannot be returned because they are made specifically to your measurements and requested details.
